Zac grew up in the park and was hand-raised by humans but he certainly wasn’t trained to do this! He followed us in the safari while we were filming other animals and at first, I was honestly a little scared to get too close because I’ve heard about their powerful kicks, they kill lions with those hoofs! 🦁 So, in a safe distance, I held my palm out and told him he was magnificent... then the most magical thing happened - he bent down and sniffed me, then started snuggling up to me and nudging me like Louie so I would pet his head!! That image of his gentle face high up above me slowly lowering down to take a closer look at me is a memory I’ll replay in my mind forever... 🦒❤️ that last photo of us is my favorite ☀️ thank you Zac
